Meet the team
Tom Pfanner - Director
Tom is a husband, father of three, combat athlete and follower of Jesus. His book Dads Who Lead launched as an Amazon #1 bestseller.
As a strength coach with the University Oregon Ducks he was a Pac 12 and Rose Bowl Champion. But his greatest victory is winning back the trust of his teenage son and leading a thriving blended family.
His mission with this event is for couples to unite leadership with the home and understand the purpose God has for placing them together.
Megan Pfanner
Operations & Hospitality
Megan is a devoted wife, mom to two daughters, and stepmom to her teenage son, Charles. She loves endurance racing, finishing four full marathons, 14 halves, and one triathlon.
Her role in this event is to ensure all your individual needs are met and questions are answered as they come up.

Jim and Jocelyn Vance are passionate advocates for God-centered marriages. Together, they have dedicated their lives to helping couples build deeper intimacy, stronger communication, and lasting spiritual connection.
Through biblical teaching, personal experience, and practical wisdom, they encourage husbands and wives to pursue God's design for marriage and become a powerful team in every season of life
