Hi, my name is Thomas Pfanner,
Until a few years ago, my relationship with my teenage son was a daily struggle.
I would spend the night laying wide away questioning where I had taken a wrong turn. His body language and actions made clear he was pulling away from me as a leader.
I was frustrated because I knew his potential, but I wasn’t able to connect with him. I wasn’t able to be the guide for him I knew he needed.
I was scared that my son would become a high school dropout, leaving our family and my marriage in ruins.
This changed when I discovered the power of transforming our connection through a common adventure.
A New Approach, with Old Roots…
While working as a D1 strength coach, I saw firsthand the power exceptional leadership can have in an organization. When I began running Father Son Retreats and coaching Dads to amplify their leadership I saw a common trend.
