Hi, my name is Thomas Pfanner,
Until a few years ago, my relationship with my teenage son was a daily struggle.
I would spend the night laying wide away questioning where I had taken a wrong turn. His body language and actions made clear he was pulling away from me as a leader.
I was frustrated because I knew his potential, but I wasn’t able to connect with him. I wasn’t able to be the guide for him I knew he needed.
I was scared that my son would become a high school dropout, leaving our family and my marriage in ruins.
This changed when I discovered the power of transforming our connection through a common adventure.
A New Approach, with Old Roots…
In 2021, we launched our first Father-Son Retreat program to create a powerful transformation for Dads and their sons throughout the Pacific Northwest.
I’ve heard from many Dads talk wanting to improve their connection with their kids… The few are action takers who are willing to invest their time learning, growing and exploring side by side with their son.
