AS SEEN ON:

Hi, my name is Thomas Pfanner,

Until a few years ago, my relationship with my teenage son was a daily struggle.

I would spend the night laying wide away questioning where I had taken a wrong turn. His body language and actions made clear he was pulling away from me as a leader.

I was frustrated because I knew his potential, but I wasn’t able to connect with him. I wasn’t able to be the guide for him I knew he needed.

I was scared that my son would become a high school dropout, leaving our family and my marriage in ruins.

This changed when I discovered the power of transforming our connection through a common adventure.

A New Approach, with Old Roots…

In my time running Father Son Retreat and coaching Dads to amplify their leadership within their home I’ve seen a common trend.

I’ve heard from many Dads who talk about wanting to improve their connection with their kids… The few are action-takers who are willing to invest their time learning, growing and exploring side by side with their son.

I want to personally invite you to uncover and your leadership style.

Your results will help you leverage strengths and illuminate gaps in your leadership game.
