The Pfanners will be stepping on the frontlines in 2026. They will be hitting 8 campuses starting in April to share what they’ve overcome in building a thriving family!
Tom and Megan will tackle issues they’ve personally faced, including teen pregnancy, high school rape, reproductive coercion, abortion, custody battles and more.
Their mission is to bring awareness to these issues before our young heroes face them. And inspire young survivors they can overcome and change their path with one choice.
They will be offering Christ-centered and non-denominational options for schools and churches across the West Coast.

Tom is a Husband, Father of Three, combat athlete and devoted follower of Jesus. His book Dads Who Lead recently launched as an Amazon bestseller!
As a strength coach with the University Oregon Ducks he was a Pac 12 and Rose Bowl Champion. But his greatest victory is winning back trust of his teenager son...
In his 7 years as a public educator, Thomas saw firsthand the stark gap in real-world readiness young men and women face today.
He mission is to equip men to become the trusted and revered leaders of their home so that our young heroes are prepared for the road ahead.
Megan pFANNER,
Co-Founder, Public Relations
Megan is a devoted wife to Tom, mother, stepmom, and follower of Jesus who brings both compassion and strength to the Dads Who Lead mission.
She is a nurse by profession and an endurance athlete by passion, having completed four marathons and fifteen half marathons.
As the Secretary and PR Manager for Dads Who Lead, Megan plays a vital role in supporting families as they pursue faith and leadership at home.
